In the last years Abu Dhabi Marina Real Estate Investment PJSC has been gaining strong foothold in the field of property investment. Having developed a prudent but innovative and diversified investment portfolio, we are known as a stable and reliable provider of high quality services - including real estate development, brokerage and asset management.
We have reached a strong balance sheet and a high quality portfolio by following our two fundamental guidelines: Firstly, we only invest into markets that we understand well. Secondly, we always align our strategy with the interest of our partners.
Our most important objectives are to facilitate the growth in earning of our clients and to generate long-term benefits for our shareholders. We guide our company with an ambitious vision but we always calculate risks very carefully. I believe sustainable long-term growth is the way to go - flirting with high risks is playing with the fire.
